Mr Omer Elamin inaugurated the Motor Claims Workflow solution at the Motor Claims Department at Orient Head Office on 31 December 2019. The Claims Workflow Solution is an integrated system which tracks the entire life cycle of the claim. Core Claim Processing and Document Management Systems are integrated into the workflow system to enable seamless processing of claims. Orient Motor Claims Department is now paperless in the true sense of the term. This marks a major milestone in the Digital Transformation journey of Orient Insurance.
